So I'm beginning work on my first real cosplay, I choose to be Victoria from Brian Kesinger's Otto and Victoria print not in Kanses anymore where the duo are dressed as Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz and Otto takes the place of Toto in the basket. okay so I've been seeing these "strassed" or crystal covered high heels on pinterest and the net a lot whilst lookign through wedding stuff and have been considering making a pair since theyre to say the least un-Godly expensive to buy a pair or have a pair made for you....mostly because it takes FOREVER to apply the ton of jewels it needs to have a decent look.
